Pat Tanti at the 2008 Rock 'n' Roll 1/2 Marathon - San Jose."Running in a full suit next year -- and looking for a partner. Anyone?"
Some folks from Affymetrix ran in the 2008 Rock 'n' Roll 1/2 Marathon - San Jose held on October 5th. In addition to Pat Tanti, other runners included Sim Narasimhan, Srini Srinivasan, Kendall Wu and Peter Meijles. Please let us know if we missed anyone.
If you didn't know otherwise, you'd think Kendall trained in the Kenyan highlands. He came within shouting distance of the leader board. Sim, running his first half marathon, scorched a 7-min mile to finish the race. Pat wanted to assure himself he could run a marathon in 3:30 next week - he did his half marathon well in time and did it in style as one of the Blues Brothers.
