The response to the Double Helix Run-Walk club revival notice has been overwhelming. Thank you all for your interest in the club. We at the Employee Advocacy Committee had secured approval for reimbursing the registration fee for up to 25 registrants. We have dealt these out on a first come first served basis and we are sold out at this time. Affy will not reimburse the fee for others beyond the 25 posted below.
Reimbursements for the first 25 will be made after the day of the event. Rules for reimbursement have been published on the blog as well.
